Canon UK & Ireland, a leader in imaging and digital workflow solutions, is looking for a Junior Product Manager, an excellent early‑career opportunity for someone keen to develop within B2B marketing and product management in a corporate environment. You will join a dynamic and supportive team of Product Managers within Canon UK’s Integrated Printing & Services Group (IPSG), where innovation, collaboration, and customer impact sit at the heart of everything we do.

In this role, you will contribute to the success of a wide portfolio of document and workflow solutions, including both tangible and intangible products, that help businesses enhance productivity in a fast‑paced environment. This is an ideal position for someone looking to build foundational experience in product marketing and product management. You will play a key role in supporting campaigns, product launches, sales enablement, and day‑to‑day operational activities that help accelerate revenue growth and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Support the performance and development of the product portfolio, contributing to planning and ongoing product initiatives.
  • Assist in the delivery of IPSG marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and channel engagement, from start to finish.
  • Create and update sales enablement materials to support Sales, Channel Partners, and wider commercial teams.
  • Help coordinate and deliver product launches, customer events, and internal readiness activities.
  • Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams including Sales, Professional Services, Marketing Operations, and Canon Europe.
  • Contribute to improving operational processes, ensuring efficient and timely execution of campaigns and launches.

Qualifications

  • Has a background in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Brings a blend of creativity and analytical thinking.
  • Has the ability to analyse data and turn insights into meaningful actions.
  • Demonstrates strong communication and relationship‑building skills across multiple stakeholders and departments.
  • Is proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once.
  • Is motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ideally holds a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related subject, or is working towards a CIM qualification.
