This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team focused on delivering digital‑first customer engagement and sales.
As a Digital Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with public sector and commercial prospects and customers to promote Canon’s Information Management solutions. You will work in a fast‑paced, desk‑based environment using digital tools to connect with prospects, deliver product demonstrations, and convert leads into sales.
Responsibilities- Conduct outbound IMS campaigns to generate leads and opportunities.
- Qualify prospects and manage the pipeline through Salesforce CRM.
- Achieve individual KPIs, including lead conversion and revenue targets.
- Develop an expert understanding of Canon’s IMS portfolio and deliver tailored product/service demonstrations via Microsoft Teams.
- Understand customer challenges and provide tailored responses around our IMS portfolio.
- Respond to customer queries with professionalism and speed.
- Seek out customer business automation needs and create compelling reasons for change.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
- Use dashboards to track personal performance and pipeline health.
- Participate in team training and coaching sessions.
- Share insights and feedback to improve team processes and customer experience.
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work and develop within a rapidly changing market and technological environment.
- Proven success in a sales or customer‑facing role selling to new and existing customers.
- Exceptional sales & negotiation skills.
