Warehouse Administrator

Your role as a Warehouse Administrator involves entering details of photographic and office printing products into our repair system to track receipt and dispatch. You will allocate repairs to sub‑contractors and technicians, cover goods in and dispatch duties, and manage customer communication via phone, email, or face‑to‑face at reception. You must maintain a positive, professional, and courteous attitude toward internal and external customers and take full ownership of any issues.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update product details in the repair system.
• Allocate repairs to sub‑contractors and technicians.
• Cover goods‑in and dispatch duties.
• Contact customers by phone, email, or face‑to‑face to provide status updates on repair services.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and courteous attitude toward both internal and external customers.
• Work toward defined and agreed objectives and targets related to individual, team, and department Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Lift heavy products in accordance with health and safety manual handling guidelines.

Salary £22,597 – £24,591 (dependent on experience)
