Canon is transforming how we create, manage and scale content across Europe. This role is a critical position accountable for driving both the quality of content output and the operational performance of Canon’s insourced content function.
As Marketing Communications Lead, you will own the end-to-end content operations ecosystem—from briefing and strategy alignment through to delivery, governance, and activation across markets. You will lead a 13 person insourced team (via an embedded agency partner) delivering content strategy, value proposition development, persona development, project management, and content creation. You will ensure that this team, together with functions such as PR, Social, Localisation, and Web Publishing, operates as a seamless, high-performing, integrated system.
This role sits at the centre of Canon’s communications engine—responsible not only for day-to-day operations, but also for driving continuous improvement, establishing scalable ways of working, and ensuring measurable, high-impact communications across EMEA.
