Canon UK are searching for a talented school, college or University leaver who has a passion for an opportunity to join a global brand as a Technical Helpdesk/Customer Service Trainee. The role will involve working with an internal mentor and a team of like-minded customer service & Canon technology experts.
This trainee role will present you with many opportunities to develop and enhance your technical skills with a goal of becoming a key member of the 2nd level technical Helpdesk following the trainee role.
Learn about Canon’s consumer imaging products, from Professional Cameras to Printers and Lenses to Binoculars and more. The latest 3rd party Software and Operating Systems including Graphics applications.
Develop your troubleshooting skills through technical training provided by an internal Canon mentor and on the job development. Liaise with existing experienced Canon Helpdesk specialists to develop your own skill set and experience.
Interact with other departments to develop your skillset away from the Helpdesk on subjects such as Customer Service, our Repair Workshop, Logistics and more. Training on how to maintain accurate repair documentation using Canon systems and processes.
