Gan adrodd i'r Pennaeth Gweithrediadau Busnes, byddwch yn gyfrifol am reoli Cynllun Rheoli Asedau Cyfalaf CMC i sicrhau bod yr asedau'n cael eu cynnal a'u cadw'n gynaliadwy a'u gweithredu'n effeithlon. Byddwch yn rheoli prosiectau cyfalaf a di-gyfalaf, naill ai'n uniongyrchol neu wedi'u dirprwyo i gontractwyr allanol, gan hwyluso diffiniad prosiectau o ran cwmpas, nodau a chyflawniadau, yn diffinio gofynion o ran adnoddau ac yn datblygu cynlluniau prosiectau ar raddfa lawn, rheoli cyllidebau prosiectau a monitro cynnydd. Byddwch yn cyfarwyddo strategaeth rheoli ynni CMC, gan gynnwys gosod targedau cyfleustodau, monitro a thargedu yn erbyn dangosyddion perfformiad allweddol a gytunwyd ymlaen llaw, a hyrwyddo technoleg effeithlon o ran ynni lle bynnag y bo modd. Bydd disgwyl i chi ddarparu gwybodaeth arbenigol am beirianneg y safle yn ôl yr angen er mwyn cynnal parhad peirianneg, gan sicrhau bod llawlyfrau gweithredu a chynnal a chadw, lluniadau safle a dogfennaeth beirianneg yn cael eu harchifo i sicrhau cynaliadwyedd yr adeilad yn y dyfodol. Gofynion Allweddol

  • Bydd gennych radd mewn peirianneg a/neu arbenigedd peirianneg cyfatebol a gafwyd mewn amgylchedd adeiladu.
  • Bydd gennych brofiad amlwg o reoli a chyflawni cynllun Capital 50.
  • Sgiliau rheoli ariannol a chyllidebol profedig.
  • Bydd gennych wybodaeth gadarn am gyflawni mentrau cynaliadwy ac ecogyfeillgar i gefnogi strategaeth gynaliadwyedd CMC.
