Following a period of transition, Paddle Scotland is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation through its next phase of development. As our new CEO, you will work closely with the Board of Directors and the staff team to guide the organisation through a continued period of transition – leading the finalisation and delivery of a new strategy, building and strengthening our culture and connecting with our members and partners.
We are seeking a proactive, strategic and inspirational leader with a proven track record of developing a people‑centred culture. You will be able to demonstrate your experience in managing change in a senior role within the public, private or voluntary sectors. Your passion for sport and the impact it can make, combined with strong relationship building skills, excellent leadership and expertise in strategic and operational planning, will be key to driving paddlesport’s continued success across Scotland.
