Canoe is a communications agency working across fashion, outdoor, performance and culture. We help brands earn attention through sharp thinking, strong relationships and creative work that understands where culture is moving. Our clients are some of the most ambitious names in their spaces, so we need people who care about the detail, understand the pace of modern comms and want to make work that feels relevant.

We’re looking for a versatile, digitally minded Junior Graphic Designer to play an essential role in our team, working alongside PR, Social, Creative and Experiential teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong core skill set across layout, image-making and social-first content creation. We’re looking for someone who understands how brands show up visually across decks, social, web, campaigns, events and content. A huge part of what we do is pitch thinking, so deck design is central to the role. The right person will see this as a creative opportunity, not a drawback. You’ll be confident building polished, considered pitch decks that help sell ideas clearly, visually and commercially, whether for internal teams or directly to clients.

We’re also looking for someone with an innovative mindset around emerging technologies. That could mean spotting new tools that make internal workflows sharper and more efficient or exploring how technology can improve creative output, content production and the way we present ideas. The ideal candidate is a passionate digital content creator who brings energy to ideation as well as execution. You should be comfortable contributing to creative sessions, shaping content ideas and pitching your thinking to internal teams and clients. You’ll need to be culturally switched on and genuinely interested in the worlds our clients occupy, from fashion and outdoor to performance and culture. Look at the brands we work with. We want someone who is excited by the opportunity to create for some of the biggest and best in these spaces, and who can bring fresh, relevant and ambitious creative vision to their door.

The role will suit a Junior Designer with 1+ year of marketing, design or agency experience.
