The Role:
Canoe's EMEA pipeline needs an owner. Existing clients, active deals in motion, and a growing footprint across institutional allocators, wealth managers, and enterprise accounts mean the raw material is there — what's missing is a revenue-focused operator who treats marketing as a pipeline-generation function, not a brand function, and who is judged on the same numbers Sales is judged on. This is a quota-adjacent role. You will carry a shared pipeline and closed-won number with EMEA Sales leadership every quarter, and every activity you run must trace to a named account or an open opportunity.
What You'll Do:
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Own EMEA target account selection and tiering in direct partnership with Sales across institutional, wealth, and enterprise segments. Design and execute multi-touch ABM campaigns against tier-1 and tier-2 account lists, including personalized outreach sequences and account-specific plays. Use intent data, firmographic signals, and CRM intelligence to prioritise spend and effort against accounts most likely to convert this quarter. Track every touch to a named opportunity.
- Pipeline Acceleration: Run small-format, account-specific activations tied to open opportunities, such as executive dinners, roundtables, and 1:1/1:few sessions built around named accounts in active deal cycles. Build account-specific sales enablement, including battlecards, ROI materials, and messaging tied to the accounts currently in motion.
- Partner-Sourced Pipeline: Activate Canoe's EMEA technology and channel partner ecosystem for co-sourced and co-accelerated pipeline. Build partner enablement assets focused on deal registration, co-selling motions, and shared-pipeline reporting. Identify new partners (integrators, consultants, administrators) where the primary value is pipeline contribution.
- Revenue Partnership & Forecasting: Carry a shared quarterly pipeline-generated and closed-won-contribution target with EMEA Sales and BDR leadership, agreed jointly with the CMO. Run weekly pipeline reviews and forecasting cadence embedded with Sales. Own ABM/field/partner ROI reporting in Salesforce and HubSpot, and reallocate spend toward the highest-converting plays in-quarter. Present at joint Sales/Marketing QBRs on pipeline and revenue contribution.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS or FinTech, with direct accountability for a pipeline or bookings number — not just campaign execution.
- Comfortable being measured like a revenue function: quota-adjacent mindset, forecasting discipline, weekly pipeline rigor.
- Deep fluency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and ABM tooling (6sense, Demandbase, or similar) as instruments of pipeline management, not just reporting.
- Experience partnering with Sales/Revenue leadership as a primary day-to-day stakeholder, even while formally reporting into Marketing.
- Deep familiarity with EMEA financial services and alternative investments accounts.
What You'll Get:
- A stipend for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, & commuter benefits
- Flexible PTO
- Pension contribution
- Flexible work from home policy
- Home office stipend + gym/wifi reimbursement
- Employee Assistance Program
- Gym reimbursement
- Education assistance
- Parental Leave
- Commuter benefits
Our Values:
- Client First —> Listen, and deliver client-centric solutions
- Be An Owner —> Take initiative, improve situations, drive positive outcomes
- Excellence —> Always set the highest standard for yourself and others
- Win Together —> 1 + 1 = 3
