We are recruiting for a motivated and proactive Account Manager to join the team. As an Account Manager, you’ll be the face of the business, building strong relationships, driving sell-in and sell-through, and making sure their brands are front and center in every store. This is a role for someone with a commercial mindset, a passion for cycling, and a track record of spotting and acting on opportunities in the field.

About Pon.Bike UK: Pon.Bike UK is home to Santa Cruz, Cervélo, Cannondale, Reserve, OneUp, and Nimbl — six of the most exciting brands in the cycling industry. With over 25 years of experience, the team is focused on delivering the best road and mountain bikes in the world while keeping things fun along the way.

Skills and Requirements:

  • A proven track record in sales target achievement, ideally within the cycling, outdoor or sporting goods industries.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence and build trust in person.
  • Strong self motivation - you thrive working independently on the road.
  • A passion for cycling and an understanding of the dealer landscape is a big plus.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across your territory.
