We are now seeking an organised Project Administrator to join our team in a crucial role within our day-to-day operations.
Job Description
- Support delivery of Projects and Installations to a high-quality standard.
- Answer phone and deal with Customer Enquiries.
- Support scheduling and programming of works with Customers and Engineers/Sub-Contractors.
- Send and process engineering paperwork to customers.
- Keep engineering work banks up to date and organised.
- Support Engineer efficiency throughout the department.
- Raise subcontractor orders where required.
- Provide input and collaboration with other sales members across the Asset Protection Group at Monthly Sales Meetings.
- Ensure customer purchase orders are in line with sales cost sheets.
- Maintain logging of engineer appointments onto PDAs.
- Ensure prompt and effective communication is made with customers to take care of customer concerns or complaints quickly and professionally.
- Support the Cannon Team as and when required.
