Senior Building Control Surveyor - Cannock Chase District Council Join to apply for the Senior Building Control Surveyor role at Cannock Chase District Council . Candidates should be members of a relevant professional body (e.g., CABE, CIOB, RICS), familiar with building regulations, and registered with the Building Safety Regulator as a Class 2 Category A - E Building Inspector. The team is experienced, registered, and well-resourced, supporting independent work. You should have knowledge of building regulations, legislation, and experience in Building Control, with excellent communication skills to supervise and develop team members.
