Our festival‐led approach reimagines traditional B2B events, creating powerful, immersive experiences that drive innovation and industry advancement. Building on decades of expertise and powered by Informa's international reach, we are shaping the next generation of business festivals.

This temporary opportunity is based in our 5 Howick Place office and will drive significant growth across multiple LIONS Events initiatives during a pivotal expansion period. You'll work with cross‐functional teams to create, execute and report on high‐impact marketing campaigns that will scale our newest and most ambitious ventures within the Cannes Lions ecosystem.

In this role you will innovate our go‐to‐market approach across four key growth initiatives, driving customer acquisition, engagement and revenue generation. You'll be responsible for delivering comprehensive growth strategies that focus on both new business development and market expansion opportunities.

  • LIONS Creators – Expand the 2025 LIONS Creators initiative, crafting and executing targeted marketing strategies to increase pass sales and secure high‐value sponsorship deals. Develop insight‐led campaigns for both new and existing creator audiences in close collaboration with event, sales and partnership teams.
  • LIONS Sport – Lead the go‐to‐market strategy for LIONS Sport, our new vertical launching in 2026. Build deep market understanding, develop comprehensive campaigns that establish LIONS Sport as the premier destination for sports creativity, and work closely with content and sales teams to drive inaugural event attendance and industry engagement.
  • LIONS CEO Summit – Scale the LIONS CEO Summit through strategic marketing initiatives that attract C‐level executives and drive premium delegate acquisition. Create sales enablement materials and executive‐focused experiences that strengthen our leadership community and demonstrate clear ROI for senior stakeholders.
  • LIONS B2B Summit – Execute expansion strategies and comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote LIONS B2B Summit to target delegates. Develop compelling messaging and targeting strategies that build excitement and drive registration among B2B marketing professionals and decision‐makers.
  • Performance analytics & reporting – Lead data analysis and regular performance reporting across all growth initiatives, establishing KPIs with commercial teams and delivering timely campaign reports to stakeholders at all levels. Translate complex performance data into actionable insights that optimize campaign effectiveness.

Collaborate with Content, Creative and Video teams to develop compelling case studies across all initiatives, and work closely with Creative, Press and Digital Marketing teams to write strategic briefs that enable delivery of world‐class marketing campaigns. Work with event teams to create exceptional customer experiences and community‐building activities that foster stronger connections within each initiative's target audience. Collaborate with regional teams and advise on growth marketing strategy and planning across international markets for all four initiatives. Advocate and ally for diversity, equity and inclusion, ensuring people and projects are not inadvertently siloed or silenced.

This list is not exhaustive and other activities may be required.
