LIONS Learning is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Learning Coordinator to assist with the delivery of digital learning experiences, in‑person events, and competitions. This entry‑level role focuses on providing support to ensure smooth execution across all initiatives. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high standard of quality and organisation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with content teams, course leaders, event organisers, and customer success teams to deliver impactful learning experiences that align with LIONS Learning’s mission of driving creative excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Digital Learning Support
- Assist with uploading, formatting, and organising course content in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Conduct basic checks to ensure digital course content is accurate, consistent, and functional.
- Work with the product team and content development teams to ensure materials meet technical requirements for the LMS.
- Provide suggestions for improving course structure and learner experience based on LMS capabilities.
- Help address user feedback and implement updates or changes under the guidance of the wider product team and customer success team.
- Support on live calls with polls, breakouts and slides.
- In‑Person Events and Competitions Support
- Provide logistical support for in‑person training courses, workshops, and competitions.
- Assist with scheduling, venue setup, materials preparation, and participant communication.
- Help internal Learning and Competition teams with administrative tasks and resource preparation.
- Support the coordination of timelines and deadlines for events and competitions.
- General Administrative Support
- Raise purchase orders (POs) for suppliers and manage related administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of course, event, and competition activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as required.
- Essential Requirements
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to assist with multiple projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain quality under deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
- Good communication skills for cross‑team collaboration.
- Knowledge of eLearning platforms, event coordination, or competition management is a plus but not required.
