We’re supporting an established professional services firm in London that is seeking a Commercial Valuations Senior Manager to join its expanding practice.
This is an opportunity to manage a varied portfolio of valuation engagements, work closely with Partners and Directors, develop junior colleagues and contribute to the continued growth of a team established only a few years ago.
- Managing valuation engagements from inception through to completion
- Delivering valuations for accounting, tax, commercial and forensic purposes
- Applying techniques including DCF, multiples analysis, option pricing and intangible asset valuation
- Preparing clear, commercially focused reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Providing technical challenge and input on complex assignments
- Building trusted client relationships and identifying new business opportunities
- Coaching and developing junior team members
- Contributing to presentations, thought leadership and wider marketing initiatives
- A strong background in financial and accounting experience with at least five years’ valuations experience
- Valuations experience gained within a professional services firm
- Excellent financial-modelling, analytical and report-writing skills
- Strong commercial judgement and client-management capability
- A professional qualification such as ACA, CFA or equivalent
