We are looking for a Senior Corporate Tax professional to join our client’s London Corporate Tax practice as a Corporate Tax Director. You will play a key leadership role in the continued growth of the Corporate Tax practice, working closely with Partners and leading on both client delivery and business development. If you are a Senior Corporate Tax professional ready to step into a strategic leadership role where advisory expertise, client relationships, and growth are at the heart of what you do, then this could be the ideal next step. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who is aiming to progress to Partner within the next few years, with a clearly defined pathway in place.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and deliver complex corporate tax advisory projects across a broad client base, including OMBs, large corporates, and international groups.
- Act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, building long-term client relationships and providing commercially focused tax solutions.
- Take ownership of significant tax projects, managing scope, risk, budgets, and delivery.
- Drive business development through networking, client engagement, and identifying new advisory opportunities.
- Play a key role in shaping the strategy and growth of the Corporate Tax service line.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a strong advisory-led culture.
- Work closely with Partners and other service lines to deliver integrated client solutions.
What We're Looking For:
- A Corporate Tax Director looking to make a lateral move or an experienced Corporate Tax Senior Manager ready to step into a Director role.
- CTA, ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Strong advisory experience with the confidence to lead complex projects and client relationships.
- A commercially minded individual with a proven interest in business development.
- An ambitious, people-focused leader with a clear desire to progress to Partner.
