Your mission:

  • Identify and build relationships with private clinics, prescribing specialists, pharmacies and distribution partners across the UK.
  • Build and manage the partner and customer pipeline, from first contact to signed agreement.
  • Gather market intelligence — competitors, pricing, prescriber behaviour, patient demand — and feed it into UK strategy.
  • Support market access and the commercial side of the launch alongside the Country Manager.
  • Represent Cannamedical Britannia UK at conferences, industry events and partner meetings.
  • Help shape the commercial model — pricing, partnership terms, go-to-market — as real market feedback comes in.

Your profile:

  • Business development or commercial experience, ideally in healthcare, pharma, medical cannabis or another relationship-driven, regulated sector.
  • An existing network among UK clinics, prescribers or pharmacies — or a clear, credible track record of building one fast.
  • A genuine self-starter: you are comfortable with a blank pipeline and no warm inbound.
  • Strong communication and credibility with clinical and commercial audiences alike.
  • Energy, resilience and comfort with the ambiguity of an early‑stage launch.
