About the Role

As a Customer Experience Representative, you’ll be part of a collaborative, customer-focused team. You will:

  • Welcome customers and support them in finding products that fit their needs
  • Engage in thoughtful, consultative conversations to understand preferences
  • Share clear, accurate information about our products
  • Promote safe, socially responsible consumption
  • Build your expertise through continuous training and learning

  • $22.38 per hour (inclusive of 4% vacation pay and 4% holiday pay)
  • Flexible, occasional hours (no minimum guaranteed)
