Speech & Language Therapist
ge School is delighted to be recruiting for an exciting new role working across three Plymouth maintained special schools – Cann Bridge School, Longcause Community Special School and Mill Ford School.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified or experienced Speech & Language Therapist to make a real difference to children and young people with complex communication needs.
The role will combine:
- Direct assessment and evidence-based intervention
- Developing and embedding Total Communication
- Supporting AAC and communication technologies
- Working alongside education and NHS colleagues
- Training, modelling and developing staff confidence
You’ll be supported through clinical supervision, mentoring, professional development and specialist communication resources, with opportunities to develop your expertise in specialist education, AAC and Total Communication.
Based across three Plymouth school.
- 1-year fixed term initiall
- 35 hours per week, 39 weeks per yea
- Closing date: Midday, Monday 21 September 202
- Interviews: Friday 25 September 2026 at Cann Bridge School
