You'll be responsible for:
- 10 warehouse staff
- 2 drivers
- The flow of stock in and out
- Couriers
- Costs
- Standards
- Efficiency
It's hands-on. If something isn't working, you fix it. If a process is clunky, you improve it. If money is being wasted, you stop it. But this isn't about cutting for the sake of cutting.
