What The Role Actually Involves
This is a hands-on workshop role combining manual turning with CNC machining, plus general support across the shop floor when required.
Youll be trusted to:
Carry out manual turning and CNC machining of precision components
Work confidently from engineering drawings
Assemble, inspect and finish parts to high quality standards
Maintain machines and support wider workshop activities
Work closely with colleagues to meet production schedules
It suits someone who enjoys getting stuck in, takes pride in quality, and doesnt hide behind job titles.

Have strong manual turning experience (essential)
