Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician | Inverness-shire | Permanent | £46k to £52k A leading UK and Ireland manufacturer is recruiting a Maintenance Technician for its Highlands site. The business has more than a century behind it, has just grown again through acquisition, and keeps investing in its people and its plant. This is a permanent position with real stability, and a real chance to be part of something that is growing. You will keep the plant safe, reliable and running, with a healthy mix of planned work and fault finding. It is hands on, varied and it matters. What you will be doing: - Carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance across the site - Completing visual inspections, reporting findings and making repairs - Diagnosing and repairing faults using electrical repair and test equipment - Responding quickly to breakdowns and emergency call outs - Running weekly, monthly and six-monthly planned maintenance checks - Diagnosing PLC control level issues - Carrying out root cause analysis and keeping accurate repair records - Working closely with production to keep downtime to a minimum What you will bring: - A time served, dual trained electrical and mechanical engineer with industrial experience - C
