Production Operator | Dunfermline | Permanent | circa £26,000 A well-established and growing manufacturing business is recruiting a Production Operator to join their production team.

You'll be producing precision electronic assemblies to exacting customer specifications, working within a quality driven environment where attention to detail and technical accuracy aren't negotiable.

What You'll Be Doing Read and interpret detailed manufacturing documents to specification Operate hand crimp tools and perform electronic soldering to defined standards Use precision hand tools for intricate electronic work and assembly finishing Work with specialised equipment: microscopes, heat guns, insulation stripping tools, job specific jigs Conduct in process inspection to ensure quality at every stage Occasionally work on site at customer facilities to support specific projects You'll work within strict manufacturing procedures where quality and timescales matter.
