We are looking for a skilled Controls & Automation Engineer to join a large-scale, 24/7 production environment. You will play a vital role in maintaining and developing site-wide control systems to ensure smooth operations and minimise downtime.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead troubleshooting of complex control system issues.
  • Manage and deliver multiple automation and electrical projects.
  • Maintain and update control system drawings and documentation.
  • Support capital projects and drive improvements in processes and equipment.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, contractors and technicians to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Provide mentoring and technical guidance to junior engineers and apprentices.

We are seeking candidates with:

  • Strong electrical and instrumentation knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience with PLCs, HMIs and SCADA systems.
  • PLC programming skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.
