You'll be producing precision electronic assemblies to exacting customer specifications, working within a quality driven environment where attention to detail and technical accuracy aren't negotiable.What You'll Be DoingRead and interpret detailed manufacturing documents to specificationOperate hand crimp tools and perform electronic soldering to defined standardsUse precision hand tools for intricate electronic work and assembly finishingWork with specialised equipment: microscopes, heat guns, insulation stripping tools, job specific jigsConduct in process inspection to ensure quality at every stageOccasionally work on site at customer facilities to support specific projectsYou'll work within strict manufacturing procedures where quality and timescales matter.
