Quality Engineer (QA) | North Lanarkshire | Permanent | £38k – £45k Calling all Quality Engineers with an excellent understanding of manufacturing processes within a high-tech manufacturing environment. Were seeking a Quality Engineer to join a dynamic team within an innovative engineering organisation providing complex solutions to high-profile clients across global markets. The Role As a key member of the Quality Assurance team, you will play a crucial role in refining quality management systems, supporting the companys growth, and helping the team exceed performance goals. Working alongside the Quality Manager, your contributions will enhance operational efficiency and support robust quality initiatives. Develop, improve, and maintain the QMS to ensure compliance with industry standards and meet customer needs. Manage specifications, standards, and resolve both internal and external issues through RCCA investigations. Oversee the approved supplier certification database and support supplier performance management through RCA, reporting, and project improvements. Review work orders prior to release to operations and liaise with clients on quality concerns.
