We are seeking an ambitious, commercial and entrepreneurial Director to join our Manchester office, working across asset management, development and investment. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in the industrial and logistics sector, be highly numerate and professional, and bring a strong network of industry contacts.
The role will include:
- Sourcing and executing new investment and development opportunities
- Proactive asset management of existing assets, including lettings, rent reviews and lease negotiations
- Building and maintaining relationships with tenants, consultants and clients
- Working collaboratively to maximise asset performance and returns
Candidate requirements:
- Strong understanding of the industrial and logistics sector
- Full UK driving licence (site inspections across the UK)
- RICS accreditation preferred but not essential
