Canmoor is looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial individual for a full-time job in our London Office. The role is ideally suited for someone in the early stages of their career. Working across the asset management, development & investment teams, the ideal candidate is highly numerate, engaging, professional and has a strong interest in commercial property.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting with proactive asset management of existing assets including but not limited to lettings, rent reviews and lease negotiations.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with tenants, consultants, and clients.
  • Working collaboratively within a dynamic environment to maximise asset performance and returns.
  • Researching current and future property market trends and developing an understanding of important topics such as ESG and Artificial Intelligence in real estate management.
Qualifications
  • A good understanding of the industrial and logistics sector.
  • A full driving licence is required for inspections of sites across the UK.
  • Ideally RICS accredited, but not mandatory.
