Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate cook for our Canlan – Wild Wing restaurant. In this role you will plate and present food service in a prompt, courteous and accurate manner in accordance with standardized recipes that exceed guests’ expectations.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation in keeping with standardized recipes including the following
• Apply developed knowledge of menu items
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are completed (shift dependent)
• Ensure safe, sanitary and secure storage of products and receive delivery when required

Qualifications & Experience

• Food Safe Certified (or equivalent) an asset
• Previous food preparation experiences an asset
• Positive and team oriented attitude
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours (evenings & weekends)
