We are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to join our Norwich office on a full-time, on-site basis.
This is a key technical and leadership role within the structural engineering team.
You will lead and deliver structural design projects from concept through to completion, working across a wide range of building and infrastructure schemes.
You ll take ownership of structural analysis, calculations, and detailed design, ensuring that our solutions are robust, buildable, and aligned with client expectations.
Your responsibilities will include: Leading structural design projects to produce high-quality calculation packages and drawings Reviewing, checking, and guiding the work of engineers and technicians Coordinating with clients, architects, contractors, and other disciplines Managing project finances, resources, and programme commitments Supporting site inspections, technical reviews, and construction-stage problem-solving Mentoring and developing junior team members Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, codes, and regulations This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical leadership, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to contribute to the continued growth of an employee-owned consultancy.
