Receptionist

Are you an organised and personable individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service?
We are looking for a professional and welcoming Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors, contractors and members of the wider community, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring the smooth running of our busy Reception.
This is a varied role at the heart of School life, combining front-of-house responsibilities with administration and operational support. You will manage enquiries, coordinate visitors, support safeguarding procedures and provide administrative assistance to departments across the School.
About You
You will:
- Have experience in a reception, customer service, hospitality or administrative role.
- Be confident communicating with a wide range of people.
- Possess excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Be able to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
- Have good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrate professionalism, discretion and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Previous experience within a school environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
