As we continue to grow, we are seeking a HR professional with TUPE experience to take on a key role supporting organisational change and ensuring a seamless employee experience during transition periods.

In addition to TUPE focused work, you will also operate as a generalist HR Officer, supporting the wider HR Team as needed. This will include involvement in recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and people initiatives, offering a broad and varied workload.

- Has solid knowledge of employment law, with practical TUPE experience
- Is confident working in a fast-moving busy evolving environment
- Takes a pragmatic, solutions focused approach
- Is comfortable building relationships
- Enjoys balancing project work with day to day HR operations
This is ideally a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00 (with one hour for lunch). Some flexibility may be available for the preferred candidate. Please note this position is not term-time only.
In return, Canford offers a generous benefits package, including 38 days holiday per annum (inclusive of bank holidays), a contributory pension scheme, BUPA Cash Plan, Cycle to Work scheme, discounted membership of the Sports Centre and Golf Club, and free lunches during term time.
