This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and commercially minded Solicitor to play a key role within a developing area of the business, managing a complex and varied caseload of contentious property matters across the County Court and First-tier Tribunal. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently managing their own caseload, providing expert legal advice to clients, and supporting colleagues through guidance and supervision.
