Our Trust is seeking a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team! If you are a compassionate and dedicated individual, who is committed to helping children reach their full potential, and passionate about working with children, we would love to hear from you.

30.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 3:15 pm, with a 45-minute lunch break plus, 30 minutes of planning time on one day per week.

Grade F (Point 12 - 17) £28,598 - £31,022 per annum pro-rata, (Actual Salary c. £19,576 - £21,235) Term time only Permanent Required September 2026.

The successful candidate will work each day to cover classes for PPA across the school. The contract also allows time for weekly planning within the year group team. Staff will be employed by the Trust as a whole, but the current vacancy is required at Canford Heath Infant School, in the first instance.
