Sixth Form Administrator – Maternity Cover (Summer and Michaelmas Terms). Located in Crowthorne, Berkshire, with train and bus links providing easy access to transport connections. Wellington College is a dynamic, innovative boarding and day school where ambition, kindness, and curiosity shape every aspect of our community. Our Sixth Form provides a vibrant and supportive environment for students aged 16–18, preparing them for success in higher education and beyond. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience for every student.

Starting in April for a period of 2 terms as Maternity Cover, as Sixth Form Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of all administrative processes within the Sixth Form. Working closely with the Head of Sixth Form and liaising with colleagues across Higher Education, Careers, and Performance teams, you will help coordinate key events, maintain accurate data, and support university application processes. From organising major occasions such as Graduation and the Universities Fair to facilitating enrichment activities and managing communications, your work will make a tangible difference to the lives of our students. Term Time only contract for 32.5 hours per week (9am – 4pm Mon – Fri).
