We are now seeking a skilled and personable School Administrator to join our busy School Office. This is an important role at the heart of the Prep School, providing high-quality administrative support that helps the school run smoothly each day. You will be a welcoming presence for families and visitors, a reliable point of contact for staff, and a thoughtful and proactive partner in ensuring our processes remain organised and efficient.

The role involves supporting a wide variety of school operations, including:

  • supporting admissions activity
  • coordinating parent communication
  • coordinating events
  • maintaining accurate pupil records
  • assisting with reception cover when required
  • contributing to a warm and professional first impression for families and visitors

The ability to prioritise effectively, communicate clearly and handle confidential information with care will be essential to your success.
