We are a new candy brand based in County Durham with a focus on high‑quality ingredients and beautiful, gift‑worthy packaging. We believe our product tastes as good as it looks. We are already live on Amazon FBA and achieving sales, but we are barely scratching the surface of our potential.
The Mission:
Our packaging is stunning, but our Amazon presence doesn\'t do it justice yet. We aren\'t just selling candy; we are selling a premium gift experience.
What You Will Do (The \"Fix & Scale\" Project)
- The Audit & Technical Fix:
- Deep dive into our current Seller Central setup.
- Fix backend keywords and SEO to ensure we rank for high‑intent search terms (e.g., \"Luxury Chocolate Gifts,\" \"Stocking Fillers,\" \"Vegetarian Sweets\").
- Resolve any suppressed Buy Box or category issues.
- Review our current campaigns. We are spending money but the ACOS is too high.
- Cut wasted spend on irrelevant keywords.
- Implement a profitable strategy for Q1 (Valentine\'s & Easter preparation).
- Work with our assets to build/optimise A+ Content (EBC) that showcases the \"unboxing experience\" and packaging quality.
- Ensure our Storefront looks like a premium brand destination, not just a list of products.
- Note: You don\'t need to be a photographer, but you must know how to layout and upload high‑converting visual content on Amazon.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven Amazon FBA Experience: You have managed UK Seller Central accounts before (bonus points for Grocery/Food category).
- The \"Premium\" Touch: You understand that selling a £5 Picn and Mix requires different tactics than selling a £5 screwdriver. You know how to highlight \"giftability.\"
- Data + Design: You are comfortable with PPC spreadsheets and know what a good main image looks like.
- Local Connection (Preferred): While the work is remote, we’d love someone based in the North East (Durham/Newcastle/Teesside) for occasional strategy coffee meetings.
Why Join Us?
- Great Product: You’ll be working with a brand that actually looks good—no trying to polish a bad product.
- Direct Impact: You will be working directly with the founder. Your changes will immediately impact our bottom line.
- Flexible Work: Hours are fully flexible.
To Apply
Please send a brief note covering:
- A link to an Amazon brand or listing you have managed/helped.
- One sentence on how you would lower ACOS for a food brand.
- Your standard hourly or project rate.
Many thanks,
Ian
