Candy Paradise is a fast-growing confectionery brand making strong progress in the UK market. We specialise in innovative, high-impact sweets supplied to wholesalers, retailers, and distributors across the UK and Europe. As part of our continued expansion, we are looking to hire a Business Development Executive to support account growth, open new business, and represent the brand in the field and at key industry events. This is a hybrid role, split between office-based work and field sales.
You will manage and grow existing wholesale relationships while actively opening new accounts across the UK. The role also offers international exposure, supporting exhibitions, trade shows, and global partners when required. You will have access to a clear commission structure covering both existing and new accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow existing wholesale accounts across the UK and Europe
- Identify, pitch, and open new accounts with wholesalers, retailers, and distributors
- Travel regularly across the UK to visit customers and build long-term relationships
- Attend trade fairs, expos, and sampling activations
- Track sales performance and provide weekly reports
- Support Candy Paradise at international exhibitions and trade shows
- Occasional travel to the EU may be required
- Confident, commercially minded, and proactive
- Comfortable representing a brand in person and on camera
- Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule and territory
- Willing to travel nationally (full UK driving licence required)
- FMCG or confectionery experience is beneficial but not essential
£31,000 base salary + commission (Realistic OTE £40,000+.)
