You’ll be a key part of the creative team, designing work that shows up across many touch points - from supermarket shelves to social feeds. As Candy Kittens grows into The Candy Kittens Family, you’ll be working across multiple brands within one creative team - each with its own identity, audience and creative challenges; Candy Kittens, Candy Kittens Smittens, Treets, Shades and Graze. It’s a rare opportunity for an in‑house role, and a chance to constantly stretch your creative thinking, adapt your approach, and push ideas further.
You’ll be responsible for creating a wide range of assets across both internal and external channels, while helping to maintain and evolve our brand identities as we scale. This role requires someone who can build strong relationships across teams, stays organised under pressure, and can manage competing priorities.
Primary Responsibilities- Design Delivery Across Channels: Create high-quality assets across digital, social, packaging, print, POS, and presentations, always on-brand and tailored to platform.
- Independent Working & Collaboration: Own projects from brief to execution, while working closely with the Creative Lead to align on direction and feedback.
- Team Collaboration & Support: Work cross-functionally, providing hands‑on design support and contributing to team output.
- Brand Consistency & Craft: Maintaining strong, recognisable brand identities with a high level of attention to detail.
- Creative Thinking & Ideas: Contribute ideas from concept to execution, confidently sharing and presenting thinking.
- Proactive Brand ‘Housekeeping’: Spot opportunities to improve always‑on touchpoints and keep the brands feeling fresh.
- External Partner Management: Manage agencies and freelancers, ensuring clear briefs and on‑brand output.
- Strong technical skills across full Adobe suite
- An advanced understanding of branding and consistency
- Capable of problem‑solving and balancing competing priorities
- Highly organised and comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines
