As an Area Planner, you will have a key part to play in the success of our organisation. You will ensure that all Field Service Engineers have full and optimised diaries of work each day. Working with other teams across the service function, you will help us delight our customers by processing return visits, rescheduling visits where necessary, managing service visits that are in jeopardy, and keeping those customers up to date.
