In this role, you’ll visit customers in their homes across Potters Bar and surrounding areas, fixing appliance issues to restore functionality. You’ll manage your time effectively, keep customers and colleagues updated, and monitor stock levels in your van daily. A full, valid driving licence is required. You will be rewarded with bonus incentives for upselling products.
The ideal candidate is organized, possesses strong communication skills, and is dedicated to achieving the best outcome for the customer. Experience as a White Goods Engineer is preferred but not essential. We value self-motivation, technical skills, and customer service abilities. Our City and Guilds-assured in-house training will prepare you to deliver excellent service.
Starting salary: £33,903 per annum for candidates without White Goods/ Domestic Appliance experience, with potential to earn up to £38,423 upon full training and meeting minimum requirements. £38,423 per annum for candidates with at least 6 months recent White Goods Engineering experience.
