We are looking for a mid-level full stack developer to join our product focussed team.
The Role
We are looking for a passionate full stack developer (2+ years of experience) to join our team. In this role you will get involved in both Frontend and Backend projects, from inception to delivery. It’s important to us that all our team members have buy-in to the product we’re building. You’ll get an opportunity to have a real input into our product vision and roadmap.
Technologies we use
Our frontend stack utilises Typescript and React. Key aspects of our experience include our client-side Javascript SDK, drag-and-drop editor and Chrome extension. On the backend we use Scala and PostgreSql, with Clickhouse for customer facing analytics. Content delivery has to be lightning fast, we use Typescript running on a mix of Cloudflare workers and Lambdas for speedy compute close to end-customers. We practice continuous delivery with AWS pipelines and Github Actions, you can expect to ship your first change on day 1. We’re actively developing our in-house AI expertise and vision, utilising LLMs to augment our customer’s experiences.
About you
- 2+ years industry experience, including at least one backend language
- Experience working with teams on complex software projects and understand the importance of testing when it comes to shipping features with confidence
- Comfortable ramping up quickly and keen to start contributing within your first few days
- Strong communicator who is passionate about the products you work on
- Keen technologist and enthusiastic about choosing the right tool for the job

Logistics
This is a remote-first independent contractor role; candidates should be able to work in a UTC‑0 compatible timezone. You will invoice for your work and manage your own taxes, but we provide paid vacation and sick leave. The engagement starts with an initial contract period, with the opportunity for open-ended extensions based on project needs, performance, and mutual agreement.
