As Commercial Manager you will be based in East London within the sustainability division.

This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week.

The Commercial Manager will lead the commercial delivery across a portfolio of contracts, working closely with the Account Director.
You will provide contract commercial management and profit improvement, risk and opportunity management along with focus on compliance.
Some of your responsibilities will be but not limited to; Providing day to day commercial support to the varying Suite of Contracts and their respective management teams; Aid the quality of service by ensuring awareness of contractual responsibilities among all business colleagues (including contract deliverables, scope of services etc.); Take a key role in the management of contractual claims / disputes with clients and other third-parties; Support the identification, management and mitigation of risks at all levels associated with bidding new contracts; Negotiate, on an equitable basis, internally and externally to ensure that the business is not exposed to risk. xsabvtc
In order to be considered for the role you will have; Extensive experience of managing numerous stakeholder relationships, including external relationships with clients, suppliers and internal leadership and functions; An ability to lead commercial management resources to ensure effective and pro-active commercial management of the allocated contracts; Experience in line management responsibilities of commercial colleagues; Extensive Commercial/Contractual experience within PFI contracts.
