Overview
In this role you will lead commercial delivery across a portfolio of contracts from our East London base within the sustainability division. You will partner with the Account Director to optimise contract profit, manage risk and ensure compliance across projects. You will guide contract commercial management, support bid activity, and help colleagues understand contractual deliverables to improve service quality. This position offers a clear impact on profitability and risk control while shaping commercial strategies for a diverse contract portfolio.

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day commercial support to the Contract suite and its management teams
- Ensure awareness of contractual responsibilities and deliverables across the business
- Lead management of contractual claims/disputes with clients and third parties
- Identify, manage and mitigate bidding risks for new contracts
- Negotiate internally and externally to protect the business from risk
