The predicted salary is between 57600 - 70400 Β£ per year.

The Pre-Construction Manager will be working primarily on small construction products on up to the value of 2 million.

The role will be site based and the successful candidate will be responsible for all matters relating to pre-construction for several construction and additional works projects.

The Pre-Construction Manager will need to be experienced in all matters relating to pre-construction with a strong knowledge of CDM to assist and advise the construction team from concept, planning and to the delivery of projects.

This is a dual role, also acting as CDM Advisor you will be responsible for advising on health and safety risk management in accordance with CDM regulations, ensuring the projects meet their legal requirements.
