Now Hiring: RSD Team Leader – Waste Management | West Midlands 🚨 We\’re working with a leading UK waste management company to recruit a Team Leader for their Receiving, Segregation, and Dispatch (RSD) team. 🕒 Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week 3 rotating shift (5sm-2pm/1pm-10pm/9.30pm-5.30am) 💼 Contract: Permanent 📦 Sector: Waste / Hazardous Materials Salary £27300 Key responsibilities: Lead a small team (2–3 operatives) in a hands-on role Oversee unloading, segregation & safe storage of hazardous waste Operate FLT (Counterbalance) and complete safety checks Ensure compliance with health, safety & environmental regulations Support site housekeeping and vehicle movements (Banksman desirable) What you’ll need: ✅ Valid FLT Counterbalance licence ✅ Strong work ethic and team leadership skills ✅ Willingness to work outdoors in a chemical environment ✅ Must have waste resources experience ✅ It is essential to have worked at team leader level previously #WasteManagement #TeamLeader #FLT #HSE #HazardousWaste #StaffordshireJobs #LogisticsJobs
