Salary: £45,000-£55,000
This role combines elements of consultancy, solution design, and pre-sales support. You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, translate business needs into robust technical architectures, and support the implementation of secure, scalable cloud environments. You will also collaborate internally with sales and delivery teams to help shape proposals and identify new service opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements, advise on cloud adoption and digital transformation, and lead workshops and technical discussions.
- Support bids and proposals, and design end-to-end Microsoft 365 and cloud solutions aligned to best practice and client needs.
- Deliver Microsoft 365 solutions (collaboration, endpoint, identity, security, compliance), support migrations, and assist with testing, deployment, and live transition.
- Carry out assessments, reviews, and health checks, and act as escalation point for complex cloud issues.
- Produce technical documentation and architecture diagrams, manage workload, and meet deadlines/service expectations.
- Stay current with cloud technologies and support evaluation and integration of new tools and services.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in cloud technologies within enterprise or managed service environments.
- Strong Microsoft 365 expertise across collaboration, document management, endpoint/device management, and identity & access management.
- Experience delivering cloud migrations and system upgrades.
- Understanding of hybrid infrastructure and on-premise/cloud integration.
- Knowledge of cloud security, governance, and compliance principles.
- Confident in customer-facing, consultative roles.
- Strong organisation, planning, and documentation skills with the ability to prioritise and manage workload independently.
