#TeamCandour are working with a long-established and reputable IT support business with over 20 years’ success in the region, seeking an experienced IT Engineer to join their close-knit and highly skilled team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a varied role where every day is different, supporting a loyal customer base and contributing to a growing, stable organisation.
If you have strong experience within Microsoft technologies, enjoy working directly with customers, and like sharing your knowledge with others, this role will suit you well.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer support requests via the help desk, remotely and on-site.
- Deliver a variety of IT projects, particularly involving Office 365 and Azure environments.
- Work with senior leadership to scope technical requirements for client proposals.
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting across all levels.
- Mentor and support junior engineers in developing their skills.
- Experience working in an MSP.
- Strong background in project delivery and hands-on troubleshooting.
- Experience with O365 migrations, including tenant-to-tenant.
- Ability to specify, deploy and migrate clients to Azure-based server environments.
- Familiar with Microsoft Teams administration, including Teams Phone.
- Strong communicator with excellent customer-facing skills.
- Willing to be part of an on-call rota (approx. 1 weekend in 6).
- Full UK driving licence essential.
