An established and growing IT services provider is seeking a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join its technical team. The organisation delivers reliable, high-quality IT support to a range of SMEs.
This role offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of technologies, supporting clients in maintaining efficient, secure, and well-functioning IT environments. Key Responsibilities- Provide 2nd line support for clients.
- Troubleshoot O365, Windows, and core IT systems.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and email systems.
- Deliver remote support, with occasional on-site visits.
- Escalate complex issues and collaborate with wider technical teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and assist with onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Support IT projects, including migrations and system upgrades.
- Deliver excellent customer service while adhering to security best practices.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an MSP environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
