We’re looking for an experienced SDET with strong C# skills and a passion for building scalable, maintainable automation frameworks from the ground up. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of automation within a growing engineering team and play a key role in shaping quality engineering practices. You’ll be the primary Automation Framework Developer, working closely with a Lead Test Engineer who will help define testing strategy and direction, alongside a Lead Architect supporting technical design and best practices. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on framework development, solving complex automation challenges, and driving quality through robust engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using C#
- Build scalable UI and API automation solutions from scratch
- Create robust automated test suites for web applications and services
- Work collaboratively with QA, Development, and Architecture teams
- Contribute to test strategy, tooling, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support defect investigation and root cause analysis
- Promote automation best practices across the engineering team
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven commercial experience with C# automation testing
- Strong experience in UI Automation Testing
- Strong experience in API Automation Testing
- Demonstrable experience building automation frameworks from the ground up
- Experience with REST API testing using RestSharp
- Strong SQL knowledge
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of test automation architecture and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working within Agile environments
- Knowledge of performance or security testing
- Exposure to cloud-based environments
